About Us

Jetti is a contemporary womenswear brand that bridges the gap between designer fashion and functional clothing. Using wrinkle resistant technology in our fabrics, our pieces are 100% cotton, machine washable and easy to care for. Simply put, we make high end pieces without the high end maintenance. 

Based in London, Jetti was founded in part, as a response to finding that the majority of easy care clothing was produced for men. We thought, "Why can't women have the same access to fuss-free clothing while still feeling modern and chic?" Ultimately, we created this collection to make women's lives easier.

RE:made Collection

After a long period of reflection, we thought about what good Jetti was actually contributing to a heavily polluting and wasteful industry. We realised we weren’t doing enough. In response to this, we created the RE:made collection which consists of shirts designed and remade from discarded textiles. Discarded textiles includes off-cuts, stained/damaged clothing both new and preloved, and deadstock fabric. We wanted to give new life to these materials which would otherwise be down cycled and shredded into insulation, or sent to landfill. 

New or virgin material, especially cotton, uses large amounts of energy and resources. This includes everything from the water to grow the cotton, the chemicals to dye and finish it, and the fossil fuels to transport it halfway around the world to be spun, woven, and sewn. Designing with existing materials instead means we won’t have to tap into these resources and can contribute to a more responsible and circular way of producing clothing.

This also means we have to change how we design our collections. Each Remade piece is designed around the kinds of materials and colours we can get our hands on ensuring every piece is unique and special.

We've now partnered with Traid, the London based charity retailer who have been generous enough to donate their damaged or unsellable pieces for us to repair, remake, and give new life to.

Fabric + Care

As much as we love supporting our local dry cleaners, we also love washing machine friendly garments. Luckily, our pieces can be washed at home in warm water with like colors. We recommend hanging them to dry rather than throwing them into the dryer. Tumble drying, although fast and convenient, can cause more shrinkage and be rough on the fabric causing extra wear and tear. We want your clothes to last as long as possible so avoiding the dryer is highly recommended

Not only did we want to create stylish wardrobe staples, but we also wanted pieces that were low maintenance and easy to care for.  All of our non REmade pieces are made with 100% cotton with a wrinkle resistant finish. You can wash them at home--no dry cleaning necessary. 

Often, cotton is spun with polyester thread to give it some wrinkle resistance. We tend to shy away from cotton-poly blends as we've found that pure cotton fabrics generally breathe and feel better than fabrics mixed with synthetic fibers. Our fabrics crease similarly to cotton poly blends, but feel much better against the skin because they're 100% cotton!

All of our fabrics are woven in Turkey and meet the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 for environmental responsibility.
