All shipments are sent tracked. You'll receive the tracking number by email when the order has been shipped.
Shipping to the UK - Free
Delivery time: 2 working days from shipment confirmation email, although this may be longer during holidays or if you live in a rural area. Shipped via Royal Mail first class.
Shipping to the EU - £10
Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days
*Shipping to the rest of the world - £15
Delivery time: 5-7 working days
*Customers outside of the EU are responsible for all import duties and tax charges that may be applied by their local customs office on delivery to their country. Any Import duty or tax charges are out of our control and will be invoiced to you directly by the shipping carrier. If you are concerned about these charges, we recommend you contact your local customs authority prior to purchasing, in order to calculate the final landed price inclusive of all taxes.
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unsuitable items within 28 days, provided they are unworn and in resale-able condition, with all original labels and swing tickets attached.
Please contact us at email@example.com to request a refund with your order number in the subject line. Be sure to include your name and the items you are returning. We'll email you a return shipping label to fix to the shipment. But please note, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
We recommend returning the items in their original packaging to ensure products remain undamaged in transit. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we suggest sending it with a tracked service.
We reserve the right to reject any returns where the items is washed, damaged, worn or is outside the returns period.
